To make a delicious banana bread in a frying pan, you will need bananas, eggs, milk, baking powder, sugar, cornmeal, and cornstarch. Mash the bananas until smooth. Add the sugar, eggs, milk, cornmeal, cornstarch, and baking powder, mixing after each addition. Pour into a greased frying pan and cook over low heat with the lid on until golden brown. Flip over to brown the other side. Repeat until all the batter is used. Serve the bread ready.

  • ½ tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 cup (cottage cheese) of cornmeal
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 dessert spoon of baking powder
  • 60ml whole milk
  • 2 ripe bananas
