- In a pan, place the sugar, add 100ml of cold water, add the vinegar and stir.
- Bring to a high heat and do not stir anymore, but watch.
- When it reaches a caramel color, carefully add more water at room temperature, stirring a little more.
- Turn off the heat and set aside to cool.
From the pudding
- First of all, see if you have a mold with a central hole that fits inside the pressure cooker, you will use it to bake the pudding. If you don't have one, you will need
- In the blender, add the condensed milk, the same amount of milk and the eggs.
- Then beat for 1 minute.
- Pour the cooled syrup into the mold with a central hole and tilt it, spreading it well on the sides and in the center.
