How to make roast chicken

Roast Chicken Recipe Ingredients
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Salt, black pepper and smoked paprika to taste
- 1 chicken
- Olive oil and butter to taste

Preparation method
- Place the whole, sanitized chicken in a dish and pierce it all over with a toothpick or fork.
- Sprinkle the smoked paprika, black pepper, salt and olive oil, and spread it well over the entire surface to coat all the seasonings in the chicken meat.
- In a small bowl, place a little butter and crushed garlic and mix well to obtain a paste.
- Spread this paste under the skin of the chicken. This will make the meat soft and moist after roasting. Let it rest for a few minutes.
- In a baking dish, place the rice, sliced potatoes, sliced peppers, sliced onions and sliced okra.
- Sprinkle with the fried garlic and salt, butter to taste and add the milk until all the vegetables are covered.
