How to make a dessert that covers the bank

For the abafa banca dessert recipe, we will put the following in the blender: condensed milk, cream, milk, coconut milk, grated coconut and powdered milk. We will blend well for about 3 minutes to homogenize. We will transfer the mixture to a 20cm diameter ring mold. We will cut the strawberries into small pieces after washing them and we will distribute them over the mixture, in the mold. We will also distribute milk or semi-sweet chocolate shavings. Mix the mixture on top in the mold, to spread these last ingredients. We will finish the recipe following the step by step. Serve and enjoy your magnificent abafa banca dessert!

Ingredients for the abafa banca dessert recipe

For dessert

  • 1 small bottle of coconut milk (200ml) 
  • 1 and ½ cup (tea) of powdered milk (165g)
  • 2 packets of grated coconut (200g)
  • 1 cup (tea) of whole milk (240ml)
  • 1 can of condensed milk (395g)
  • 2 boxes of cream (totaling 400g)
  • 50g milk or semisweet chocolate shavings
  • 1 box of strawberries (250g)

Preparation method

From dessert

  1. Add to the blender: condensed milk, cream, milk, coconut milk, grated coconut and powdered milk.
  2. Beat very well, for about 3 minutes, to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  3. Take a mold with a central hole (20cm in diameter), which can be made of plastic, silicone or aluminum, whichever you prefer, and pour the mixture into it.
  4. Chop the strawberries into small pieces after cleaning them and spread them over the mixture in the pan. 
  5. Also sprinkle with milk or semisweet chocolate shavings.
  6. Using a spoon, stir the mixture superficially in the pan to mix.
  7. Place in the freezer for about 6 hours, or until firm.
  8. Remove, run a spatula around the entire pan and unmold. Return to the freezer for a little longer to firm up.
  9. Serve and enjoy your fantastic abafa banca dessert! Enjoy your meal!
